Innovatus found a facility that would suit its needs and business requirements. The site was a 35,000 sq ft light industrial space (30% office and 70% operations). Innovatus came to terms with the landlord in February and was given a tenant incentive to reconfigure and remodel the space. We had interviewed and negotiated with three (3) other general contracting companies but could not come to terms due to bids / quotes far exceeding the tenant incentive. The landlord recommended contacting JPs.
Initial meetings with JPs were very productive and they fully understood our vision of the space and budget where the other three general contractors paid no mind. JPs was contracted to redesign, demolish, and renovate the space and only had four (4) months to complete the project due to the lost time with the other general contractors.
JPs applied for permits and started the demolition in early March and Innovatus moved into the space the first of July!
The JPs team attention to detail and responsiveness exceeded our expectations and the space turned out exactly as it was planned. The team was always professional, patient and courteous. Innovatus would definitely use JPs again and would recommend to you and your company without reservation.
